Your role and responsibilities:

Employees in this role should have knowledge in Workday HR management system. This will be key as they execute the different key Human Resource Delivery processing activities. This knowledge along with their understanding of client specific policy is essential for Human Resources delivery specialties. If any issue is identified, employees will need to reach out to the upstream and downstream processes to resolve the issue. A good understanding of the end-to-end HR Management System and Process will allow them to navigate through these dependencies seamlessly. In some of the occasions, employees will be required to perform system testing.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Inputs and processes employee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timely information to a variety of HR Services.
  • Working on complex transactions requiring employee to review & eligibility checking.
  • Runs reports & performs reconciliations between various reports.
  • Interface with customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration or processes.
  • Provides data for any internal business controls team as and when required.
  • Ensure compliance to the client’s existing data standards.
  • Provides services that relies on the processed employee data to meet the demand of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Provides solutions to issues brought up by the contact centers according to policy guidelines set.

Required education: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred education: Master’s Degree

Required technical and professional expertise:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA HR is preferred) having overall of 0-6 months of experience in Employee Data Management & Issue Resolution for any International IT or ITES Company.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written is good.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple, diverse priorities under time pressure to meet key customer’s and financial deadlines.
  • Ability to pre-empt potential issues and reprioritise work to meet ever changing needs of customers both internal and external and proactively follows up with key customers on resolution and action plans.
  • Ability to think through complex issues and situations and develop robust, excellent solutions which will meet the needs of the business.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills, ability to communicate to all the people at all levels within the organization.  Must have the ability to resolve difficult customer service issues with in the given time.
  • High degree of numeracy skills with good attention to detail is required.
  • Teamwork and the ability to work well within the team is key to this role.
  • Should have strong MS Excel & Work Day HRMS knowledge.
  • Should be from Core HR background.
  • Should be open to working in rotational shifts.
