About Job Role:

The employee is responsible for investigating suspicious or potentially fraudulent deposit related activity across customer accounts. This job role ensures accurate case handling, loss mitigation, regulatory adherence. Protecting both the customer accounts and organization by identifying risk patterns, escalating anomalies and applying appropriate account level controls.

In this Job role employee will:

  • Oversee multiple alert types and will take appropriate action to decide the case using multiple systems, applications and may contact third parties for research, as and when needed. And will take appropriate action by evaluating the results as per SOP.
  • Receive directions from supervisor and escalate questions or issues if any. Interact with immediate team and functional area on wide range of information plus internal, external customers.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Detection, Identification, Operation Processes in Fraud & Claims Management Domain
  • Knowledge of Fraud Life cycle for Debit, Credit card, AML, KYC Check, Online Fraud products.
  • Ability to work for additional hours as and when needed.
  • Working is rotational shifts and weekends and holidays are required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years of Customer Service experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Candidates are required to have Any Graduation in any stream and with exceptional communication skills having minimum 1+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge effectively with minimal guidance.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, floating weekends and extended hours when required.
